    Functions

      • Coordination and framing of timetables and make it available to every faculty member in the department before the commencement of each semester
        • To maintain the workload details of all faculty members assigned by HoDs.

         

          Roles and Responsibilities
          • To ensure conflicts are avoided in framing the timetables.
          • Preparing class and lab timetables at the beginning of each semester.
          • Preparing faculty timetables and workloads.
          • Posting class and lab timetables on their respective notice boards.
